Pros:

The interviews were challenging and provided good study material for future interviews. A few of the interviewers were friendly and pleasant to speak with. There was a lot more coding involved than at most companies.

Cons:

The number of interviews and the screening process were not respectful of the candidate's time. The questions selected for individuals who spent the most time preparing for interviews, but not necessarily the most capable. Many theoretical as opposed to practical questions were asked.

I was disappointed by the lack of diversity. A total of two demographics were represented during the interview process. This might depend on which team you were interviewing for.
