The process begins with a phone screening by human resources for an initial assessment.
This is followed by the first stage: a phone coding interview using Codepad, focused on algorithmic questions.
The interview lasts 45 minutes, during which you are presented with a problem immediately and expected to solve it as quickly as possible.
