Process
Referred by someone at the New York headquarters.
First round was a phone interview.
After completing the code, it needs to be run on an online judge.
I have not heard any feedback yet, one day later.

Pros: Great benefits, comps, and inclusion. Every coworker is very respectful and smart.
Cons: Continuous changes of focus and reorgs, and a lack of proper management.
After the layoff, the engineers definitely take on a lot of the work for project management, and there are definitely much higher expectations.
