First, we talked about my resume and projects. After that, the interviewer asked me two algorithm questions.

The first one was Two Sum. Given a target, find two numbers in an array that sum up to the target number.

The second question was to get the longest length of a string with N distinct characters.

Pros: Strong culture of passion, learning, openness and transparency, and direct feedback. Everything is designed around empowering engineers to ship things quickly with a lot of autonomy. Growing everywhere with lots of opportunities for driving projects at whatever level you are able. And the people are wonderful - many of them feel like old friends even though we've worked together only a short time.

Cons: I agree with comments that this is not the place for someone who wants to coast. There's a general feeling that people here believe they're doing some of the most important, best work in their career.

Pros: Strong culture of passion, learning, openness and transparency, and direct feedback. Everything is designed around empowering engineers to ship things quickly with a lot of autonomy. Growing everywhere with lots of opportunities for driving projects at whatever level you are able. And the people are wonderful - many of them feel like old friends even though we've worked together only a short time.

Cons: I agree with comments that this is not the place for someone who wants to coast. There's a general feeling that people here believe they're doing some of the most important, best work in their career.

Best place for early career

Pros: You get to choose what you work on entirely. There are fantastic people around to learn from. You make a lot of money.

Cons: People clown on you for working for Zucc.
