The interview experience was great. The interviews were all pleasant, but some interviewers offered hints while others did not. This really depended on their individual style, I suppose.

Pros: - Lots of engineering freedom to dictate the shape of systems and products.
- There's still a lot of room for career growth.
- Refreshers are nice.
- You can switch teams after a year.
Cons: I would say it's not for everyone. Performance cycle reviews tend to leave a lot of people super stressed and playing to game the ratings instead of doing the best work possible. Still, if you are a good fit, it's a great place to work.
