Cons: A small group of vocal employees are creating a lot of internal pressure for more and more speech censorship on the platform. Not all managers or teams are great. You need to choose your team carefully when you join. You'll have to swear an oath of allegiance to hard-left progressive faith, or your life will be very difficult. Poor work-life balance.
