Pros: Insanely good campus. More perks than you could ever need. Semi-freedom to select the org/team you want to work on is a huge plus. This means you can optimize for what you want to work on and therefore be more passionate about it.
Cons: Promotion politics can become overburdening at times. A lot of management's incentivization model focuses on how you can get to the next level, rather than how you can maximize the end-user experience.
