Pros: My engineering team is research adjacent, and we have a lot of creative freedom to solve our problems.
Problems are always fresh and challenging. We also have no production-oriented deadlines, and thus good work-life balance (unlike the average team).
Cons: Stock price volatile. Depending on how ARVR takes to the market, there's really no lower bound to how low stock prices drop.
