Process
Brief screening with recruiter, then a one-on-one coding interview via CoderPad. No IDE was used. You had a choice of language, and specific function footprints were not needed. The interviewer was nice but not too accustomed to giving interviews.

Great pay and benefits, smart people
Software Engineer • Current Employee
June 28, 2021
Pros: Working with really smart people is a blessing and a curse. On the upside, you can generally trust your coworkers to do what they say they will do. On the other hand, being reviewed against people who, at best, are really smart, and at worst, are smart and work extra hours, puts the pressure on to overperform constantly.
Cons: On the other hand, being reviewed against people who at best are really smart and at worst are smart and work extra hours puts the pressure on to overperform constantly.

April 21, 2023
Pros: Good pay, freedom to work on what you want, good team match/bootcamp process, great coworkers, no micromanagement.
Cons: WLB is bad because engineers are expected to drive and also do everything. Morale is very low. More layoffs are coming.
