Pros: Compensation, free food, and team members are mostly competent and great to work with.
Cons: Short sighted goals, everyone works on 6 month goals and PSC ratings so there's no long term plan. Constant reorgs, regular layoffs. Code base is bloated with a lot of legacy logic. Lack of up to date documentation. Oncalls can be hectic.
