Pros: The leadership thinks in very innovative and novel ways. Teammates are very highly qualified. It is not just a place for the uber-geeks; people with all proficiencies and skill sets work coherently to achieve the Facebook mission.
Cons: Too many benefits. Sometimes it seems like the unique evaluation system based on "impact" is too subjective.
