I have an on-campus interview and a problem on LeetCode, which led to an on-site interview chance.

I have four interviews with software engineers. The most difficult part was system design. They asked a problem that could be solved using the Disjoint Set Union (DSU) data structure.

They also asked questions on dynamic programming, arrays, and binary trees.

Pros: Good choice of projects. Good salary. Good amount of independence. Lots of opportunities for growing soft skills and learning to see how the bigger picture works. Way more freedom and transparency than in many other companies. Own your life type of approach to work-life balance.

Cons: I regularly see people (both engineers and managers) leaving the company because they find it easier to get a promotion elsewhere and then return at the new level than to get promoted from within. Reorgs are frequent and devastating.
