Pros: Still feels like a startup. You have all kinds of tech challenges (which is really great for engineers), and the company has a very good atmosphere. The perks are very good, and I feel great to wake up every day knowing that the work I do will have a huge impact on a lot of people.
Cons: Media can be harsh sometimes, and this makes you feel not so good. But once you understand that it comes in "waves," you start to deal better with it.
