Pros: Comp is competitive, and career growth up to senior is pretty streamlined.

Cons: If you have disagreements, [they] will try to throw you under the bus and bucket you into URA.

Pros: 1. Supportive managers 2. Talented coworkers

Cons: 1. Most projects are calibrated towards PSC, to claim personal or team impact. They will be thrown away after one or two halves. 2. Expect to have an unstable stack all the time. You are always dogfooding other teams' new projects. 3. IC5 or lower roles will be working like a cog for most of the time. 4. On top of the "cog" work, of course you need to come up with new "directional" designs every half. You need endless alignment to get buy-ins for your design, or abandon it. In the latter case, your mid-year or year-end review will be impacted.

Pros: Great office benefits and smart people to work with.

Cons: WLB?? and high bar on PSC
