Really cool. Everyone, from the recruiters to the interviewers, was very cool and very nice. The atmosphere felt really casual. We even had access to the snacks inventory. I recommend anyone interviewing to have a great time.

Pros: Fast-moving, good benefits. The hours aren't as awful as some tech companies (looking at you, Palantir).
Lots of flexibility to move teams, etc.
Cons: It's hard to stand out from everyone else. There are a lot of talented people around with often the same ideas.

Pros: You are given a lot of freedom to solve tough problems. You are expected to make mistakes and learn from them in order to get better and solve tougher problems.
Cons: Sometimes the pace of work can be insane. Lots of moving parts at the same time means lots of opportunities for things to go wrong.

Pros: I love programming. I experienced 5 years in my high school and am trying to grow myself.
Cons: But sometimes, I am really getting tired because of programming. In this case, I just relax for 1-2 days, and passion follows me again.
