Software Engineering Intern Interview Experience - Menlo Park, California
Process
I was contacted by a Facebook representative and had to do two interviews.
One was on my college campus, and the other was at HQ.
The questions were relatively straightforward algorithm questions combined with programming. They did not require tons of technical knowledge, just thinking about the program, problem-solving, and coding. It was a very good experience overall.
Questions
Implement a very basic regular expression checker. Given a string and a regex, it should return true or false. The checker should consider the characters 'a'-'z', '.', and '*'.
