The first five minutes were for introductions. The last five minutes were for Q/A. The rest of the time was spent on coding questions.
Two questions were asked. Both questions were similar to those found on LeetCode. The interviewer was friendly. I did not have a negative experience.

Pros: - Flexibility and access with responsibility.
- High impact projects for interns and all access to an intern to make an impact of high scale. (I had good expectations from the Facebook internship, and indeed it provided an awesome internship experience. It overall turned out to be better than my expectation.)
- Awesome work culture with super friendly people.
- Free culture promoting discussion and free flow of ideas and information.
Cons: I do not have any cons as such to write here, which I realized from my experience as an intern at Facebook.

Interning at Facebook during COVID-19

Pros: Learned a lot of better engineering practices.
Teams were very supportive during the tough times.
Great pay.
Cons: Because of WFH, work became very stressful, as it was the only thing on my mind as an intern.
Facebook still expects very high-quality work with aggressive deadlines, even during COVID-19.

Pros: - Very organized despite the remote setup.
- Everyone is very willing to help.
- *Very* good salary/benefits.
- You're expected to work hard, but there definitely is work/life balance.
- Facebook still organizes intern events and is even sending us paint/chocolate making supplies to participate in remotely.
Cons: Hard ramp-up tasks. They prepare you for your internship project, however, so they're a necessary evil. Just get past the first three weeks, and you'll be fine.
