The interviewer was a little formal and stiff. The questions were a little more difficult than I was expecting. I had a referral from another intern, so I got to skip the initial screening call.

Pros: Great perks, very flexible work environment.
Cons: 8-10 hours of programming a day for three months was just not for me. Might be for you, though. It's a GREAT place to be if it's for you.

Pros: You do get to work on actual features that end up in production. Also, the perks are insane. And the culture is so open, you can ask people to go get coffee and learn from them about what they do to help you down the line.
Cons: The expectations aren't set in stone, so it's very stressful to try and get a full-time offer.
