Process
I asked an employee for a referral. Later that week, an internal recruiter contacted me. Shortly afterward, I had a phone screen interview.
After a couple of minutes discussing the interviewer's background and my own, we jumped directly into the coding question using Coderpad. It was unclear how detailed the solution was supposed to be, as there wasn't anything testing mechanisms (to my knowledge). Nevertheless, I wrote solidly in Python.
Two business days later, I was told I wasn't advancing in the process.
