The interview process involved one on-campus interview, followed by one onsite technical interview.
The recruiter worked with me very well, though I wish there had been more interviews while onsite.
My interviewer was a few minutes late but worked well with me throughout the problem.

Cons: Getting bigger. Remote offices are not as much fun as headquarters in Menlo Park.

Pros: Nice and passionate people. Lots of work for engineers. Many opportunities. Many supports for employees. Many of the employees are smart.
Cons: Normally busy. Inexperienced engineers sometimes lead the project, which causes a mess. People move too fast and break things, which is not good from an engineering perspective.
