Standard technical interview.
We had greetings for the first 5 minutes with a brief introduction.
Then we got into the 2 different coding challenges. We discussed the problem, used whiteboarding, analyzed time complexity, and more.
Finally, there was time to ask questions at the end.

Pros: Nice and passionate people. Lots of work for engineers. Many opportunities. Many supports for employees. Many of the employees are smart.
Cons: Normally busy. Inexperienced engineers sometimes lead the project, which causes a mess. People move too fast and break things, which is not good from an engineering perspective.
