A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, and then I applied through their page. After your CV is accepted, they send you a coding test and a psychological survey. Then, you get to choose the date for the first interview, usually within one to four weeks.
In the first interview, they asked me two data structures and algorithms coding questions. I had seen the first question on LeetCode before, but the second question was new to me. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the interviewer was very nice.
It took less than a day for the interviewer to give me a heads-up and schedule the second interview. In this second interview, I was also asked two coding questions, but this time they asked me about my experience in the field.
I said that the process was neutral because although the first half was smooth, the other half was terrible. I had to wait five weeks to hear from them after the second interview. When the email finally came, all it said was that due to an evaluation of business priorities, they had paused all hiring for this role and that they were sorry for my lost effort.
The "right side view of a binary tree" was one of the questions.
