Process

I applied online and then received a referral from a full-time engineer. About two weeks later, I got an email from a recruiter to schedule a 45-minute phone interview, which was set for two weeks after that.

The phone interview involved two easy-to-medium coding questions.

The week after the phone interview, my recruiter emailed me to inform me I'd received an on-site interview. This was scheduled for about a week and a half later.

The on-site interview was enjoyable. It consisted of one 45-minute interview, mirroring the format of the phone interview. Afterward, I received a tour, had lunch, and experienced an Oculus Rift demo.

One day later, my recruiter called to offer me the internship!
