Toxic Culture, Incompetent Management

August 19, 2025
Pros: None at all for this horrific place.
Cons: Pretty much everything, from the hyper-confrontational culture to garbage managers who focus only on pretty empire building.
If you know what you're doing, you'll have endless leeches trying to exploit you. If you don't know how to do your job, you'll get promoted or fired depending on your political beliefs and skin color.
