Process
Apply an intern by employee referral. I get two phone interviews back-to-back. Both are LeetCode medium-level problems. The interviewers are very, very nice. I could not completely solve the problem.

Pros: They are actively making sure you learn, and they place you in projects that will impact the product in reality. These are projects that real IC3s would work on if you weren’t there.
Cons: It’s a bit overwhelming because of how fast-paced it is, and I suffered a re-org halfway because FB Live Shopping was being deprecated. Aside from that, it was a great experience.
