Two one-hour technical rounds. Standard data structures and basic graph theory. Very quick turnaround; results were received the same week. Interviewers were generally helpful and nice. The interview was conducted on a whiteboard, which is fine. It's better than Google Docs.

Toxic Culture, Stagnant Growth
Software Engineering Manager • Current Employee
London, England, United Kingdom
November 3, 2025
Pros: Fine compensation relative to similar jobs elsewhere.
Cons: No headcount growth means no growth for managers.
Culture is bad; almost everyone is here for money, with no growth or learning. Everyone is afraid to lose their job, so they are working hard to keep the lights on, without much purpose or true impact. Very competitive, political, and toxic.
