Extremely slow. The recruiter was bad and seemed to have zero interest in your success. The interviewer was speaking very quietly, and I had huge difficulty understanding his words.
I didn't get any feedback for a week, then I had to contact the recruiter to get an update. I am not sure how Facebook talks a lot about leadership if it hires such quality of people to conduct interviews.
