The process was:
- Initial phone screen with recruiter
- Initial 1-hour call with manager
- 4-5 hour loop session with 4 different people:
- 2 behavioral sessions
- 1 coding session
- 1 system design session
The system design session did cover load calculations. I know sometimes designs do not and just cover components and tradeoff decisions.
