Even with RTO mandates, there's plenty of flexibility to take care of home, family, or kids.
Cons: Layoffs have put a dark cloud over everyone's heads. If you're not laid off, you're stressed at review time.
Too many meetings and planning, not enough "doing".

Pros: Fun and bright environment, understanding teams, free food, diverse culture celebrations, great benefits.
Cons: Whether or not you work for a third-party client, or met directly, it is incredibly difficult to stay in a position when layoffs are so frequent. Third-party contractors get way fewer perks than a full-time employee.
