Absolutely easy to burn out; one must be careful. Since 2022, every year there has been a round of layoffs that, combined with a heavy performance review process and high expectations, puts immense pressure on everyone and creates a very stressful environment. 100% of my teammates have worked on the weekends at least once per quarter.

HR contacted me after four months of submitting the application. The interview process consisted of three rounds of technical interviews (two SQL and one Python) and two rounds of behavioral questions, including one M2-level interview.
