Pros: Excellent benefits, the best ones.
You are at the cutting edge of the field and can work with very smart people.
Cons: Absolutely easy to burn out; one must be careful. Since 2022, every year there has been a round of layoffs that, combined with a heavy performance review process and high expectations, puts immense pressure on everyone and creates a very stressful environment. 100% of my teammates have worked on the weekends at least once per quarter.
