Intense Work, Limited Support
Experience depends on the team and manager.
Work is heavy. As a new grad, I went in and rewrote our entire backend without much help. You figure things out yourself; the manager is not helpful but demands a lot. I've been pulling a couple of all-nighters to get things done. I haven't had my annual performance review yet; if I don’t get “redefined expectations,” I will consider a team change or leaving.
