The manager didn't work well and wasn't able to create constructive feedback. They also offered flexible time that wasn't flexible at all.

Facebook University Engineer
The interview consisted of two rounds. The first was technical, where you had about an hour to answer four coding questions. The second round was behavioral, where they asked questions about past projects and mitigating disagreements in teams.

I went to the campus career fair and gave out my resume. I waited one month and got nothing. So I changed my approach to ask for references, and I got an interview after one week.
