Very difficult to switch teams
Working with great people, they really care about the people they hire.
Recruiting is really bad. I was tossed around by multiple recruiters for the same position. Switching teams is pretty much impossible as you have no upperhand being a current employee.
Company culture is an echo chamber. Be careful holding any opinions that aren't held by the rest of the employees.
