Lots of internal, specific tools. You have to study to get in, and the knowledge is hardly reusable when you leave. Any major initiative takes a very long time since you need to convince every single person around you to help (join) the project. Weird yearly assessment with requirements to provide impact in multiple pillars: project, people, direction, improvements. Might be tough to be good at all of them.
No layoffs, please.
