Very academic, with questions that tested recall rather than understanding. The focus was not on thinking and problem-solving. I believe the process favors recent graduates over experienced engineers.

Three interviews on the same day: two coding and one behavioral. The interviewers were nice and easy to communicate with, but the questions were a bit tricky to answer. The behavioral interview was quite chilling.

Contacted by a recruiter. Scheduled a practice interview and aced it. Did the actual screening interview. Bombed an LeetCode easy question (I grinded mainly Medium-Hard, don't do this). Cannot reapply until 12 months from then.
