Advice to Management

Management is too afraid to make changes. The current system rewards them with millions of dollars, and they have no incentive to change anything.

The company is full of middle management that add no value to the process. Change is constant and usually pointless.

The company moves too slowly and will not be able to react to the changes it will face in the future.
