Inconsistent experience with managers: some were very good and knowledgeable, providing good support and good performance ratings, while doing the same work and receiving bad ratings with toxic, biased, and unsupportive managers.
Lack of transparency on certain business decisions.
Lack of diversity and different perspectives.
