Great pay Technical depth is rewarded
I had a screening round of 45 minutes with 2 questions from LeetCode. The solution required more than 45 mins, so overall I felt pressurized under time and did not do well. The quality of the question was not a good criterion to judge a candidate. Ov
The process was standard. I was referred by a Meta employee. A recruiter called first. Then, I had a phone screen, which was a standard coding interview. Later, in the onsite stage, there were: * Two coding interviews * A system design interview
They interview 6 times. Meta is a company for people under 30, I believe. I stopped these interviews years ago. I've been doing interviews myself as well. If you're experienced, do not bother interviewing them.
