Reputation, compensation, and the people.
Work-life balance and competition
I applied at a career fair and then received an email for an on-campus interview. The process has been very quick, only two weeks so far. They will notify candidates for on-site interviews within a few days after the on-campus interview.
My first round was fantastic! The interviewer was enthusiastic, and I had a great conversation with her. My second round interviewer missed my interview and had to be replaced with someone who didn’t want to be there.
Easy interview. Basic behavioral questions: * Why do you want to work here? * What are your biggest strengths? * What are your biggest weaknesses? * Tell me about your previous experiences. * Walk me through your resume.
