I was referred by someone who worked there. I had a phone screen and was then brought onto campus for a day of interviews. There were three interviews back-to-back: * Two were technical. * One was behavioral.

The interview process consisted of three stages: * A phone screen with the recruiter * A technical screen (candidate's choice of phone or on-site) * An on-site interview The recruiter was very professional and helpful, describing the process

Well, it was a Facebook interview, so it was difficult. For the technical interview, you might need to expect the unexpected. Mostly prepare for data structures and algorithms. It was still a fun experience to try Facebook's interview.
