It's a great company overall.
Nothing much to say about it.
It all started with an email. I applied online, but they noticed me through the recommendation of someone who already works at Facebook. A week before the online interview, the recruiter called me via Skype and explained the process. The interview
Very good but a hard interview; you need to be very fast. They were very nice and respectful of my time. Recruiters were also very nice and organized. I solved most of the questions but still didn't get an offer.
The process was quite navigable. The first two rounds were phone interviews (during COVID, granted) with a couple of programming questions, each taking 5-10 minutes. My interviewer was a bit hard to understand, but asked interesting questions.
