My personal experience was fine
Awesome tooling you can be super productive on Meta's infrastructure. I am still amazed how one can jump from knowing nothing about a complex codebase to impact in a day using AI.
Impact culture is not for everyone. Most of my time here, I've been working with kind, smart, and impactful people, and I really loved that. But as time passes by, I've seen an erosion of those behaviors, and they are being replaced with more career-focused ones.
