The company generally hires very capable engineers. There are lots of interesting problems to work on, of every variety. Teams are generally collaborative. People are usually friendly and helpful.
Morale is very low. Planning and execution are poor. Middle and upper management are often poorly informed but also unaccountable for meaningless projects and poor decision-making.
Senior leadership needs a major shakeup.
