Benefits were nice, but confidence in leadership was low, and my growth felt neglected
The benefits all around and the lifestyle provided by working at Meta were great.
Morale amongst most of my peers for the overall direction of the company felt extremely low.
I also felt that my career growth tended to slip through the cracks and I wasn't really supported in the way that I needed as a newer engineer.
