The phone screening was enjoyable, short, and casual. The coding challenge in the second interview step was easy but high pressure. No "hints" were given to me, at least, nor clarity on what the interviewer was looking for in an answer. I answered

The HR assistant sent material to prepare for the phone interview. There was a phone and live coding interview with a tech manager. The task was not an easy one, and the interviewer was very helpful.

I was interviewing for an embedded OS engineer position. I think I received irrelevant questions. One of the interviewers asked me to design a key-value database, write an image processing filter, or design a micro-kernel.
