I submitted my CV online, and they contacted me after a couple of days to set up an interview.

The interview had 8–9 rounds: * Recruiter screening * Phone screening * A full loop with the hiring committee, including a VP, director, and multiple rounds with managers. The last round could take place multiple times to check culture fit.
