The initial call with the internal recruiter was polite, professional, and normal. The next step is a tech screen, a 45-minute live coding session. You are given two LeetCode-style questions, 20 minutes for each, before the interview cuts you off.

There were easier questions at the beginning, which led to the more difficult questions. The interviewer kept the conversation going and provided help throughout the process to eventually arrive at the more difficult problems.

A recruiter emailed me to set up a phone call. Afterwards, I scheduled a screen interview on their careers portal. If the screen interview goes well, you schedule a virtual on-site interview, which consists of 4-6 interviews.
