I applied online and received a phone call from HR after two weeks. The next step was the technical interview. HR was very helpful; they explained the entire process and sent me some documents and links.

First, I had a 1-hour phone interview with a Facebook employee. Two days later, I was invited to a 45-minute on-campus interview in California. I heard back two weeks after the final interview.
