- Autonomy for every engineer is something I haven't seen anywhere.
- Career growth is great as long as you find the right opportunity.
- Refreshers are great as well.
The only con I would say is the public media issues, but this is something the company is working hard on.

3 rounds of interview. 2 coding and 1 behavioral. Round 1: 2 Meta-tagged LeetCode questions (high-frequency) (linked-list + tree). Round 2: Interviewee-designed questions (greedy) + Meta-tagged LeetCode (binary search tree LCA).
